- Google Workspace: Used to store and manage emails and contact submissions.
- Squarespace and/or Mailchimp: Used to manage mailing lists and send newsletters.

Access to personal data is strictly limited to Plot Unlock staff and trusted subcontractors working on our behalf (e.g., web developers), who are contractually bound to follow GDPR standards.
