Agreement & getting to work

If your plot has potential, we’ll prepare a simple joint venture agreement. Working with our team of architect’s and project managers, we’ll design a feasible development that works for you.

Planning submission & approval

We’ll work to secure planning permission. We handle all liaison with the council, neighbours, and community groups, always aiming for minimal disruption and maximum respect.
